Medium golden yellow, brassy touch. Nuances of apricot confit, white nougat, saffron, yellow peach, candied tangerine zest. Medium-bodied, juicy, silky texture, hints of vervain and honey, mineral and balanced, sweet stone fruit in the finish, an elegant food wine.
