Clear, intense golden yellow. Opens on the nose with notes of dried apricots and candied orange peel with underlying candied ginger. On the palate it is generous and textured with good interplay between sweetness and freshness, followed up by subtle tangy notes, grapefruit and delicate tannin on the finish.
