Deep garnet with brick-red reflections and a dark core. Pronounced aroma of small dark berries, plus aniseed, cardamom and cloves, a hint of dark chocolate. Delicately taut, supported by a lively acidity and well-integrated, full-bodied tannins, vertical character, somewhat austere on the finish.
