Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, medium intensity ruby colour. Presents itself on the nose with notes of dried porcini mushroom, liquorice and prune. Pleasantly fresh on the palate, lots of wild raspberry, some plum, opens up with lots of grippy tannins in several layers, long finish.
