The red wine Barolo DOCG Villero, vintage 2018 from the winery Livia Fontana has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Very bright, glittering ruby red lighter at the rim. On the nose, dark, sweet spice, plus clear fruit, slightly candied, ripe raspberry and ripe blood orange. On the palate, compact with grippy tannins. The wine has a pleasant saltiness to it, is multi-layered and has a nice length.
