Pale straw yellow with a silver sheen. On the nose, lots of yellow fruit, apple, pear and a little apricot, with a subtle herbal savouriness in the background. On the palate, more noticeable citrus notes, decidedly juicy with a refreshing acid structure, animating and a mouth-watering finish.
