Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Some raisin, oat flake, mineral-spiced cherry, red Kampot pepper. The palate begins emphatically creamy, then rolls out a fine-grained, mealy tannin that increases and becomes positively astringent. A wine that oscillates between charm and structure, with ripe fruit and good length.
