A savoury cloud flows from the glass: menthol and thyme, eucalyptus, black pepper and olive tapenade. Fine extract sweetness, clearly underpinned by minerality, and with a tannin that still has tension despite its maturity. With all its power and fullness, incredibly elegant, long, grippy and finally very mineral again.
