A port like cherry fruit on the nose, also somewhat buttery, orange blossom, black pepper. On the palate it shows with dense tannins, crisp acidity, wild and untamed with a mineral colour, the palate accentuating tannins dominate the mid-palate and finish. Good minerality, ambitious extraction.
