Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 09.09.2011

Light greenish yellow. Subtle pepper on the nose, a hint of tobacco and yellow apple. A great acidity dominates the palate, salty, typical green pome fruit aromas, animating, could just as well have come from Austria, a spicy, multi-faceted food companion.
