Bright, rich straw yellow with a persistent fine mousse. Elegant nose with fine nuances of fresh crusty bread, some appealing cheese rind, slightly salty with undertones of pineapple. On the palate juicy and salty, smooth, balanced and straight forward, multilayered, animated and dry on the finish.
