It has a rich ruby colour, with a light garnet rim. There are intense aromas, with notes of plum and blackberry, some pomegranate, and a nice spiciness. It is full-bodied on the palate, with robust dense tannins, dark spicy notes, a balsamic nuance, and some cherry compote on the finish.
