A deep ruby red, with purple hues, a subtle ochre rim. Red cherries, fresh herbs, tobacco nuances, subtle oak. Complex, round and harmonious, a refined extract and sweetness, ripe tannins, elegant, salty on the finish, much more light-footed than the label suggests, with a mineral finish.
