Tasting Notes
The fine wood savouriness accompanies blueberry, cherry and also plum, some beet, clove, wet leaves and forest floor. Juicy and savoury on the deep palate, with the composure of the grape variety and integrated acidity, fullness and texture at the core, grippy tannins.
More about the tastingDried rosemary, some undergrowth and wood spice, earthy notes, beet, red cherries, also pomegranate. Present on the palate with juice and beautiful freshness in a powerful structure, the fine, nervous acidity provides length and the fine-grained tannin is still slightly tannic.
