The red wine Domaine Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Les Cazetiers, vintage 2019 from the winery Maison Louis Jadot has been rated in 2021 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Bourgogne in France.
Ripe, aromatic notes of red cherry fill the nose, overtones of Amarena and peony mingle with a gentle smokiness. The palate has resonance and depth, there is real weight of ripe, fresh, almost lush fruit. All is held in a fine but firm web of tannin. This has strucutre and muscle but all the fruit to make it shine.
