Tasting Notes
Medium yellow, slight golden reflections indicating maturity. Initially restrained, delicate notes of coconut, fresh tobacco leaves. Pear on the palate, appears light-footed, good mineral aftertaste, some lemon. Decays somewhat with air, the wood becomes dominant. Not site-specific enough for a Grand Cru.
