Brightening, brilliant ruby red. On the nose broad, rich cherry fruit, some rum-steeped fruit, lots of earthy-animal tones in the echo. On the palate warm-hearted fruit, underpinned by fine juiciness, medium-bodied, lingers with plenty of tannin drying over.
