Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red in colour with a sparkling core. On the nose, aromas of freshly baked white bread, sealing wax, candle wax, and ripe cherry notes. The palate is powerful with earthy tannins and fine minty notes, the year of bottle ageing has done it a lot of good.
