Tasting Notes
Bright, light ruby with a granite-red rim. Deep and spicy on the nose with black pepper, damp earth, tobacco, cedar wood and cherry confit. Ripe fruit on the palate, finely-meshed tannins, lots of tension, a hint of menthol on the long finish.
