Pale straw yellow; restrained, delicately fruity bouquet, lime blossom, citrus and subtle mineral notes; powerful attack on the palate, tight structure, dense and straightforward, crisp acidity, juicy, slight fruit sweetness; long, salty finish. Very dynamic, full-bodied Fendant.
