Tasting Notes
A richly nuanced "cereal" flavour, such as hay and hazelnut, yeast. Fine! The palate reveals a restrained, finely bubbly mousse, a ripe acidity that makes the wine appear sweet on the palate - despite the almost complete analytical absence of residual sugar. A consensual aperitif.
More about the tastingIntense yellow colour. The aroma is fruity: peach, nectarine, with some yeast and buttery undertones. The palate is juicy and finely nervy, with ripe, well-integrated acidity and a delicate mousse on the powerful body. Old school and rather "German" in style, but well-made - and not too sweet. More of a food wine than an aperitif!
