Bright silver with olive green hints and a persistent mousse. An inviting and complex nose with notes of freshly baked puff pastry, fresh red apple and a touch of wet stone. Juicy and balanced on the palate with a great mousse, a full-bodied fruit core and well judged sweetness. A complex and harmonious style with a long finish.
