Intense straw yellow with a green shimmer, persistent bubbles. Baked apple, cinnamon, some yeast pastry and yellow flowers on the nose. Gentle notion on the palate, fine, salty drive, structured and full-bodied, with a hint of citrus and a delicately bitter finish.
