Tasting Notes
Smells of rock candy and violet pastille, with a hint of chervil. The palate begins with a soft base, then a tannin load emerges that becomes increasingly grainy and astringent. The acidity also increases on the palate. A very unclassical Valpolicella with a high density and - currently - little elegance. But it has ageing potential!
