The white wine Perleit Südtirol DOC, vintage 2023 from the winery Max Thurner - Perlhof has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, intense straw yellow colour. Initially closed on the nose, then opens up discreetly to notes of citrus fruit and nettle with a little air. Clearer on the palate, reminiscent of yellow stone fruit, juicy and of above-average length.
