A fine, floral varietal scent, some yeast and a hint of wood, followed by nutty notes, some citrus and herbal aromas. Roundly flowing on the palate, delicate phenolics, fine-boned, very cultivated acidity, a tactile mineral oscillation on the finish. Pure delicacy.
