Concentrated, complex aromas on the nose with notes of honey, apricot confit, kumquat, orange peel, lime and white flowers. Beautiful interplay between sweetness and acidity on the palate, yellow stone fruit, citrus fruit, light, playful and elegant, long mineral finish.
