Light salmon pink. Intense aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, ripe pear, and watermelon, along with garrigue and black pepper. Distinctly dry on the palate, with a powerful attack, moderate acidity, and fine tannic grip. The finish features fleur de sel and salted lemon. A long, slightly warming, spicy-mineral finish.
