Tasting Notes

Tasting from 12.02.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine black berry confit, a hint of fresh blackberries, delicate notes of elderberries, tobacco nuances, some nougat. Juicy, red cherries, lively, firm acid structure, lemony nuances, mineral-salty finish, delicate leafy notes in the aftertaste, dries out a little.
