Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Bright onion skin pink, a watery rim and a delicate mousse. An attractive bouquet, subtle, less intense notes of wild berries, hints of hibiscus. Medium-bodied, thanks to the carbon dioxide, which provides additional freshness, delicately fruity, not too sweet, lively and a touch of lime on the persistent finish. Offers perfect summer drinking pleasure. (Ö).
