Pale, crystalline straw yellow. Fine, even and continuous mousse. Immediately fresh and dynamic on the nose. Notes of citrus fruit, apple and lychee. Agile and savoury on the palate. Pleasant aromatic complexity that is reflected in the aftertaste. Lively and long-lasting.
