Tasting from 08.09.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. On the nose subtle with candle wax, mint, wild berries and leather, after a little time ripe strawberry and milk chocolate. On the palate hearty, with gripping tannin, punchy, then unfortunately becomes a bit loosely knit and bitter in the back.
