Bright, pale straw yellow. Fine, linear and persistent mousse. On the nose, notes of apples, pear pulp and fresh, pithy notes of white flowers. On the palate it is dry, creamy and enveloping, the sweetness is flanked by a pleasant acidity and an aftertaste of acacia honey.
