The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Monte del Frà has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Shimmering velvety ruby colour with brick-red hues. Powerful on the nose, pickled plums and rum pot, with fleshy notes and hints of brick dust and balsamic vinegar. Lots of sweet fruit and fine-grained tannins on the palate, well-integrated acidity and a long finish.
