Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow colour. Very fine, persistent mousse. Ripe yeast notes, dark bread crust, ripe apples, light caramel. Taut on the palate, racy, dancing acidity to the finish. Very balanced between acidity and residual sweetness. Somewhat creamy, long, exciting finish.
