Brilliant, rich straw yellow. Spicy and aromatic on the nose, ripe pear, nutmeg, yellow rose, fine buttery notes in the echo, cold smoke. Full-bodied palate, vertical, slightly phenolic, a deep finish with fine salty notes, good length.
