Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, rich straw yellow. Slightly resinous on the nose, ripe pear, delicate yeasty notes, also nutty, very ripe banana on the finish. Shows a fine creaminess on the palate, beautiful texture, medium weight, also juicy, flows over the tongue with a delicately bitter finish.
