The red wine Montevertine Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Montevertine has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo nero, Colorino from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, bright purple with a slight ruby tinge. Shy cherries and raspberries on the nose, blackberries after aeration. Fruity on the palate, embedded in juicy tannins, hearty, develops slowly in many layers, good length, finishes earthy and persistent.
