Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.05.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby red. Aromas of molasses, precious wood and earthy tones on the nose, the fruit remaining somewhat in the background. Lots of tannins on the palate with subtle, shy fruit and good, appealing acidity. But a little tough overall.
