Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.05.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red. Aromas of wet wood, dark chocolate, some rum steeped fruit, plum and sealing wax on the nose. Juicy on the palate, with a beautiful core and savouriness, comes slowly but decisively from the glass, does not appear tired, good persistence.
