The red wine Morellino di Scansano Riserva DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Morisfarms has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich ruby with garnet. On the nose fleshy red fruit, delicately spicy, rich strawberries and cherries, cranberryish jam notes. On the palate there's drive and good body, taut juicy tannin, slightly salty, dark berryish fruit, ideal to partner a bistecca.
