The red wine Morellino di Scansano DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Morisfarms has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
A bright garnet colour with a transparent core. Rich aromas of freshly roasted barley, black elderberry and cherry liqueur, with a hint of tobacco. Enveloping on the palate, smooth and balanced, with interwoven tannins, medium weight, lingers well, good ageing potential.
