The orange wine Ambra, vintage 2022 from the winery Movia has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sivi Pinot from the region Goriška Brda in Slovenia.
Medium, delicately cloudy golden yellow in colour with amber reflections. On the nose, floral nuances, white peach, underlaid with dried apricots, almond cake and lime zest. The elegant palate is juicy with well-integrated tannins, nuances of ripe tropical fruit, nougat, and fig, with a fresh minerality on the persistent finish. A versatile orange wine.
