Light yellow gold, silver-coloured reflections. Delicate herbs, some peppermint, subtle notes of quince, a hint of pineapple, floral touch. Good complexity, multi-faceted acidity, mineral, delicately savoury, meadow herbs, grapefruit notes, peach in the aftertaste, a good food companion.
