Tasting from 29.10.2020: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

Slightly reductive on the nose. Aromas of fresh wild berries, blackberry and sour cherry as well as plum. Also savoury hints of kitchen herbs. Slender, elegant on the palate, polished tannins, concentrated berry fruit, taut acidity, medium-long, mineral finish.
