Medium ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Fresh mandarin zest, red forest berry confit, nuances of liquorice, cranberries, inviting bouquet. Complex, sweet red fruit, finesse-rich acidity, preserved cherries, mineral, lingers long, fine salty nuances in the aftertaste, good ageing potential, an animating food wine.
