Pale yellow-green, delicately cloudy. Delicate marshmallow, a hint of honey, subtle tangerine zest, herbal notes, background with cloves. Juicy, delicate tannin, salty, lively acid structure, delicately savoury, white stone fruit on the finish, notes of elderberry on the back, good food companion.
