Golden yellow, with opulent aromas of honeydew melon, pear, yeast, wood savouriness, fine caramel, sage, bay leaf and also incense. Powerful structure on the palate: supple base, good tension, dense extract with precise acidity and fine-pored phenolics. Mineral, savoury, elegant and long.
