Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, flint ruby red. On the nose, Cornell cherry, plum, a hint of leather and dark pepper savouriness, orange zest, with a rooibos tea aftertaste. Juicy on the palate with a red fruit core supported by delicate savouriness, spreads out beautifully and elegantly, fine on the palate with pithy, juicy tannins, with drive.
