A fruity, savoury aroma, light acidity and a noticeable freshness emerge from the glass. Good mousse on the palate with noticeable but well-balanced acidity. Notes of grape, green apple and some elderflower. Slight sweetness in the middle section, which ensures harmony in the acidic, fruity and savoury finish.
